Is the clothing pre-worn?
We can’t guarantee that every item hasn’t been worn before. As with the nature of second-hand clothing, it has probably been sported by a previous owner. However, deadstock garments are often found within our stores.
How does pricing work?
Flamingos operates as both a Kilo Sale and Priced-per-piece retailer. Our Kilo Sale is determined by a traffic light system, with 3 pricing tiers by coloured tags: red, yellow and green. Separately we have exclusive items that can be identified by their grey tags and are priced individually.
Do I have to buy a full kilo?
No – This is only how we price our Kilo items. We multiply the weight of your garments by the kilo tier to give you your total. Still unsure? A member of staff at our stores will be happy to help you.
Can I buy from multiple kilo prices?
Sure! We weigh all items individually at the till.
Can I return my item?
We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to exchange your items for the price it was weighed as.
Do you accept student discount?
We do not offer student discount. But if you tag us on Instagram wearing your Flamingos purchases you will be sent a discount code to use at your next visit. We offer a stamp-card incentive system, which rewards our most loyal customers with £20 off after eight purchases over £20.
